Mourinho spoke to beIN SPORTS after the Galatasaray derby:

"We started the game fast, we dominated, but it did not matter. We risked everything after 3-1, but it did not matter. It did not matter how many we missed. We only scored from the penalty spot. They won because they scored more goals.

"I have spent enough time in football. It is normal for question marks to arise when players who enter the game do not do what you expect. I think Amrabat played well after entering the game. En-Nesyri had good opportunities but could not take them. We also had a position similar to Osimhen-Mertens, but we could not score.

"We conceded two goals from throw-ins. Our opponent also made mistakes due to our play, but we could not score. Our opponent was not better than us, but I congratulate them for getting three points."
